The series of spindles can realize the twisting of low and medium twist degree of coarse filaments (coarse count yarn), chemical fiber heavy filaments (like polyester fiber, polyamide fiber, polypropylene fiber etc.) and the single yarn or ply yarn. It is mainly applied to the production from industrial use yarn for cloth of suitcases and bags, cord conveyor belt to carpet yarn, and used in processing coarse yarn. It has the features of high running speed (at 7000-10000 r/min), wide range of twist, large package (with the weight of the largest package ranges from 3Kg to 10Kg, which spares the trouble of processing with small bobbins of yarn separately), bringing high productivity, reducing production procedure, improving efficiency and quality, low power consumption, compact structure, nice appearance and easy operation etc.
Spindle foot is applied with upper and lower rolling bearing support to optimize the flexibility of the spindle foot. Its rotation parts are treated with superfinish machining and precise running balance processing technology so that the spindle can run steadily with homogeneous spindle speed and low noise, deliver high production efficiency and low power consumption, which improves the performance and reliability of the spindle.
The yarn passage parts are made of smooth wear- resistant ceramic and mental machining part whose surface is treated with special process, which ensure the smooth wear- resistant yarn path, long lifespan, strong corrosion- resistance. Application of a tensioner to control tension allows quick and easy tension adjustment, stable winding tension when spindle is running and convenient operation. Between the fixed balloon housing and the yarn collecting area of twisting, it will form certain storage of yarn to balance the tension change during the backing-off.
